PowerLine tattoo is pleased to announce that Nicole Ricci was the winner of the worst Tatty contest that we carry out through the station of local rock, 95.5 WBRU! It was a very difficult decision, but the Unicorn that Nicole tattooed on his own foot (ay!) took the first prize! She is the lucky winner of a free cover-up/re-teaming by Evan!
